These terms govern your use of TalentApply — your account, the jobs you apply to, how recruiters can find you, and what each of us is responsible for.

A short, non-binding summary to help you find what matters. The numbered terms below are the ones that actually govern your use of TalentApply.

You keep ownership of your resume and profile. You give us a limited license to host, index, display and share relevant parts for recruitment purposes.

Your profile may be surfaced to recruiters and employers through TalentApply and Evalia. Where applicable you can object to, restrict, or withdraw from recruiter discovery.

We help you find and apply to roles, but we can't guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Premium renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
Acceptance of These Terms#
By Creating an Account
By creating a TalentApply account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TalentApply. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Using TalentApply#
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, scraping or reverse-engineering the service, or interfering with other users' access.
Job Seeker Content
You retain ownership of your resume, profile information, and other content you submit. You grant TalentApply a limited, non-exclusive license to structure, index, host, display, match, and share relevant content with recruiter and employer users and through Evalia for recruitment-related purposes, and to otherwise operate and improve the service, including generating AI-powered recommendations and feedback. This license is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Recruiter Discovery & Evalia#
Profile Discovery
TalentApply may index relevant parts of your job-seeker profile so recruiting companies, employers, and authorized recruiter users can search for, match with, and assess potential candidates through TalentApply and Evalia, a recruiter-facing platform operated by or affiliated with TalentApply.
Recruiter Contact
Recruiters and employers may use relevant profile information to evaluate your suitability and contact you about employment opportunities. You are responsible for keeping the information in your profile accurate and current.
Independent Recruiter Use
Recruiters and employers may act independently when they receive and subsequently use your information. Their use may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. TalentApply does not guarantee that recruiter discovery will result in contact, an interview, an offer, or employment.
Your Data Protection Choices
Recruiter discovery is carried out subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where applicable, you may object to or request restriction or removal from recruiter discovery, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis, by contacting [email protected].
Applications & Employers#
Sharing With Employers
When you apply to a role, relevant parts of your profile are shared with the hiring employer. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one.
No Guarantee of Employment
TalentApply helps you find and apply to opportunities, but we don't guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
Third-Party Job Postings
Job listings may be sourced from third-party employers and job boards. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of third-party postings.
Subscriptions & Payment#
Free and Premium Plans
TalentApply offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan with expanded limits, described on our Pricing page.
Billing and Renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled, and are billed to the payment method on file.
Cancellation
You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time from your account settings; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property#
Our Platform
TalentApply and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
Your Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use it to improve the platform without any obligation to you.
Termination#
By You
You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability#
Service Provided “As Is”
TalentApply is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentApply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms#
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you before they take effect. Continued use of TalentApply after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
