Data Protection
Encryption in Transit
All data sent between your device and TalentApply is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
Encryption at Rest
We use storage and application-level protections appropriate to the type and sensitivity of the data we hold. Specific controls are reviewed as our infrastructure changes.
Controlled Sharing
Access to profile information shared with recruiting companies, employers, authorized recruiter users, and Evalia is intended for recruitment-related purposes and limited to authorized accounts. We use access controls and monitoring appropriate to the service to help prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Infrastructure Security
Cloud Hosting
TalentApply uses managed infrastructure providers and relies on their physical and platform security controls alongside protections maintained within our application.
Access Controls
Access to production systems and personal data is restricted to authorized people and services with an operational need for that access.
Account Security
Password Requirements
Account passwords are handled through one-way password hashing rather than stored as readable plain text. Users should choose a unique password and keep their credentials confidential.
Session Management
We use authenticated sessions and token controls to help protect account access. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Monitoring & Incident Response
Continuous Monitoring
We review service and security signals available through our application and infrastructure providers and investigate activity that may indicate misuse or unauthorized access.
Incident Response
If a security incident affecting your data occurs, we'll investigate promptly and notify affected users in line with applicable law.
