You will support us in the implementation of a new global job grading system and contribute to various Total Rewards activities. Along the way, you will also have the opportunity to gain insights into People Analytics and HR data.
Your Tasks
- Support the implementation of our new global job grading system, including data preparation, documentation, and coordination.
- Assist with job architecture and job evaluation activities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, templates, and communication materials.
- Help maintain and organize Total Rewards data and documentation.
- Support HR data validation and quality checks.
