SUMMARY
The VP, Retail Alternatives Fund Accounting provides strategic oversight and guidance to the Fund Accounting Department in support of retail alternative products such as interval funds, tender offer funds, and BDCs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversees the launching of new funds, fund mergers, conversion of funds, and advisor/sub-advisor changes.
- Occasionally performs daily review processes when the Senior associates and Managers are out of the office.
- Oversees a variety of accounting activities in support of retail alternatives fund accounting.
- Oversee training and development of key concepts related to retail alternative funds.
- Support initiatives for continuous improvement in the operating model
