Unit Claims Manager, Property Claims Specialists/Appraisal
We’re looking for a Unit Claims Manager, Property Claims Specialists/Appraisal, to join our growing team. As a leader in this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the relationship with our vendor network and overseeing the integrity and accuracy of property damage estimates to ensure a seamless claims process.
This opportunity can be based out of any of the following Ontario offices: Ajax, London, Mississauga, Ottawa or Toronto.
What you'll do here:
- Lead, coach and mentor a mix of Property Claims Specialists and/or Major Loss Appraisers fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture to achieve team and organizational goals.
