The role provides schedule visibility, critical path control, and scenario analysis to support safe, efficient, and predictable turnaround execution.

Schedule Development & Control
- Develop and maintain the fully logic‑linked, resource‑loaded turnaround schedule
- Integrate all approved scope, work packages, and project activities into the master schedule
- Establish schedule milestones, phase gates, and schedule freeze points
- Ensure schedule alignment with turnaround execution strategy and constraints
