About this role

Job Description:

Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics
Conduct sales administration related reports, forecast entry, etc.
Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support
Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory
Customer Relationship Management - account profile
Order Management, i.e. sample, order entry, backlog confirmation/reschedule, shipment expedite/notification, RMA

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Relevant experience in Inside Sales and Client Service positions in the field of electronic industry is preferred
Excellent proficiency in business-level English
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
