Tech Transfer Process Engineer
As a Process Engineer on our Tech Transfer team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between New Product Introduction (NPI) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). Your mission is to transform pilot manufacturing processes into robust, repeatable, and scalable production solutions that can be successfully launched and sustained in volume production.
You will be hands-on throughout the transfer process: characterizing and maturing processes, developing manufacturing readiness plans, validating equipment and process capability, troubleshooting production challenges, and establishing the documentation and training required for a successful launch.
