About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to support learning across Stanton Primary and the wider school. Working closely with teachers, you will help pupils achieve their potential academically and socially, while building positive relationships that support confidence, independence and wellbeing. What You'll Do
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities and day-to-day support to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to succeed.
- Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEND, helping pupils access learning and make meaningful progress.
- Work with individuals and small groups to promote engagement, resilience and independence. What We're Looking For
