About the Role Bay Leadership Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to pupils and help create an outstanding learning environment for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in Morecambe. The role focuses on supporting learning and teaching and developing positive relationships across the school and the Star community. What You'll Do
- Provide targeted support to pupils to enable their learning and progress.
- Assist with learning and teaching in the classroom, including one-to-one, small groups and whole-class support.
- Build positive relationships with students and other staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the Star community to promote high standards of learning. What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children in a school setting.
