About the Role Manor Green School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team to support students aged 2–19 with complex needs. The role involves aiding independent learning and progress in line with the national curriculum, and working as part of a team to support the teacher. What You'll Do
- Support students’ independent learning and progress in accordance with the national curriculum and behaviour management strategies.
- Prepare resources and the classroom for planned activities.
