About the Role Oswald Road Primary School is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming team. The role involves 1:1 classroom support for a pupil, along with general TA duties, and requires experience supporting pupils with autism, anxiety and communication needs. The appointment is permanent and term-time only, with a full-time pattern of 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, start time no later than 8:15am. What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 classroom support to a pupil, in addition to general teaching assistant duties
- Support pupils with autism, anxiety and communication needs, building trust and strong relationships
- Collaborate with teaching staff to meet the needs of pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment and adapt support to pupil needs
