What You'll Do
- Plan, oversee and teach small groups of SEND learners and support SEND in lessons
- Promote independent learning and track student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt activities and materials
- Deliver training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
