About this role
About the Role This student role within the GSM Systems team is to help support ongoing digitalization initiatives including application testing, report generation, end user support and user training. The student would be expected to interface directly with end users such as buyers, SQEs (Supplier Quality Engineers) and corporate quality on application support issues and reporting needs. Additionally, the student will participate in application unit testing and quality assurance testing. What You'll Do
- Assist supervisor / team in any administrative work.
- Work directly with end users to resolve application support requests.
- Create and update application documentation.
- Develop / compile monthly reports in Excel, Power BI and other applications. What We're Looking For
