About the Role Join Louis Dreyfus Company's Sustainability team as a Data Analyst in Addis Ababa to design, maintain, and analyze data systems that track coffee-supply chain sustainability KPIs. You will collect data from farmers and intermediaries, ensure data quality, and support RS and SCI programs, including EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) compliance and carbon baseline surveys. The role supports reporting, strategy implementation, and capacity building with field teams and stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Data collection and analysis: Develop and maintain databases to track KPIs; design surveys; coordinate data collection from coffee farmers and supply chain intermediaries; ensure data quality; analyze sustainability metrics; support EUDR traceability and reporting for RS and SCI baseline surveys.
