Student and Family Lead
About this role
About the Role The EMAT Student and Family Lead will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to raise achievement and wellbeing in line with our values. This role is based at Northampton International Academy as part of the East Midlands Academy Trust.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to pupils ensuring high standards of social, personal and academic development are met.
- Communicate with parents and carers to support pupil progress.
- Support enrolment and monitor the settling in of new pupils.
- Ensure behaviour and attitudes meet or exceed the expected standards.
- Help embed the DNA of NIA and the House system across the school.
- Be involved in school life, including potential opportunities such as Combined Cadet Force units.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in pastoral, welfare, or student support roles.
