What is it all about? The Scheme Management, Strategy & Operations team works across one of the biggest Signature Accounts in the UK&I market, collaborating closely with Account Leadership and Account Executives spanning Consumer Issuing, Business Banking, Private Bank, Commercial Issuing and Acquiring to drive high performance. Co-ordinate, create and track strategic account plans; drive regular reviews and accountability across the team, including detailed performance versus target insights, to ensure the team is equipped to prioritise in an agile manner throughout the year. Lead the execution of critical components of the client agreement and daily operations, including stakeholder mapping, funding optimisations, events management, and wraparound support for executive client meetings.
