Job Description
- Ensuring that the shop is always clean and free of hazards.
- Evaluating daily sales and ensuring stock is replenished promptly.
- Providing necessary training to staff and supervising them.
- Listening to customer complaints and taking steps to resolve them.
- Smooth resolution of conflicts that may arise between customers and staff.
- Ensuring that payments are received securely from customers and that products are packaged and delivered securely.
- Placing orders from distributors and agents as per requirement.
- Providing information and assistance to customers in purchasing products.
- Depositing money in the bank and maintaining proper accounts.
- Arranging cash and carry and delivery as per requirement.
- Ensuring timely opening and closing of shop.
- Preparation of staff roster and its implementation.
- Check and remove expired items in store.
