Job Summary
- The Store Officer will be responsible for the effective management of the company's raw materials, finished products, tools, equipment and other inventory, ensuring proper documentation and availability of stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Monitor the movement of materials, products and equipment in and out of the store.
- Issue materials to authorised personnel based on approved requests.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure proper arrangement, labelling and storage of materials and products.
