About the Role A Store Manager role for Cashbuild, for internal applications only at the Kwa Guqa store. Responsible for protecting and growing profitable market share and leading store operations in line with the store, division and company strategy. What You'll Do
- Develop, implement and manage a strategic plan for the Store aligned with the Divisional strategy and strategic initiatives.
- Grow transactions, sales and market share; achieve sales budgets and growth objectives.
- Manage and promote customer loyalty programs and 3rd party credit; develop action plans to protect markets where competitors are entering; ensure Store Business plans are implemented and updated when required.
- Oversee Customer Service strategy; ensure an effective Delivery Service is maintained per company policy; grow VIC and charge card client base; recommend range improvements to suit the market.
