About the Role The Staff Solutions Architect is Temporal's primary customer-facing technical leader within the Banking team, with a focus on the APJ (India) region. In this crucial role, you’ll work directly with prospects and customers, guiding them in understanding the suitability of their applications for Temporal’s platform and showcasing the technical advantages of our cloud service. Your contribution is vital in positioning Temporal against alternative technologies, helping customer engineering teams expand production applications using Temporal, and owning the technical relationship with key decision-makers. - Collaborate with prospects to determine if their applications fit Temporal’s platform well.
- Educate customers and prospects on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service.
