About the Role Join Anthropic’s Safeguards Review Tooling team as a Staff+ Software Engineer to help build the tooling and underlying platform used by safety investigators to understand and act on potential harms across Anthropic's products and cloud platforms. You will own end-to-end tooling and the platform underneath—analytics capabilities, privacy-preserving primitives, and a sandbox for rapid iteration—as model capabilities and usage grow, including automation to scale review. What You'll Do
- Own and build the tools our safety investigators rely on to understand platform activity and take enforcement actions across first-party products and third-party cloud platforms.
- Develop analytics capabilities and privacy-preserving primitives that align with data retention commitments.
