About the Role Databricks' Web Platform team is rebuilding the public-facing web experiences and pioneering an AI-native platform. As Staff Software Engineer, you will own the platform layer—web framework, design system, CMS, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, AI-enabled translation, and SDLC agents—helping define the north star architecture and set standards for AI-native platform engineering. What You'll Do
- Define the technical roadmap for the web platform: component systems, rendering architecture, CMS, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling, built AI-native from the start.
- Influence technical leaders across web and marketing engineering, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish the AI-native platform direction.
- Own and shape the platform layer that other teams build on, including web framework, design system, CMS, infrastructure, and dev tooling.
