About the Role As a Staff Product Manager on Calendly's Scheduling team, you will evolve and scale a category-defining product and leverage AI to make it smarter and more proactive. You will ensure Calendly remains the most intuitive scheduling platform while driving growth and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Understanding customer needs, crafting a strategic product roadmap, and leading execution for one of our newest product initiatives
- Prioritizing feature requirements and partnering cross-functionally with R&D stakeholders (Design, Research, Engineering)
- Partnering with go-to-market teams (marketing, customer success, sales, finance) to ensure successful product launches across multiple customer segments
- Driving awareness, adoption, continual engagement and retention of new use cases that unlock more product capabilities
