About the Role
Staff Data Engineer (Reporting & Analytics) is responsible for designing and improving Danaher’s data management & analytics function. The primary objective of this role is to build analytics strategies that align with business priorities and drive measurable business outcomes. This position reports to the Sr. Director – Data Engineering and is part of the Core Technology & Planning. This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków) or remote (Poland). What You'll Do
- Data Engineer builds and maintains analytics-ready datasets optimized for reporting and dashboards for consumption by all Danaher Opcos.
- Enable self-service access through semantic layers, catalogues, and APIs, empowering data scientists, analysts, and business teams to consume data without deep pipeline knowledge.
