About this role
About the Role Join the Slack Monitoring Infrastructure team within the Salesforce Service Delivery Platform & Reliability group to build and maintain high-volume log pipelines and observability tooling for Slack production services. You will help scale data processing and improve reliability through automation and insights. What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and ensure timely delivery of high-volume event log pipelines.
- Create libraries, tools, and automation to ensure critical event data gets to the right place.
- Encourage a culture of Observability at Slack—help suss out problem areas and consult on improving visibility into our systems.
- Prototype tooling interfaces or build new features for engineering use cases.
- Improve auto-remediation in our logging infrastructure to avoid recurring failures. What We're Looking For
