General Statement of Duties
The Forsyth County Department of Social Services is seeking to hire a Sr. Social Worker Supervisor. This individual must direct and oversee the provision of After-Hours Unit CPS Assessments and CPS Investigations by a staff of four (4) Sr. Social Workers. They will be responsible for implementing work standards and expectations within this unit/program area, as defined by state/federal guidelines, NC General Statutes, and county/agency policies. This individual will gather and evaluate unit data to measure performance, review dictation for accuracy and compliance, conduct regular conferences, assess case situations and progress, and provide direction and guidance to ensure compliance.
