About the Role The Senior/Product Manager will lead strategic and tactical initiatives in Roche's breast cancer treatment portfolio, driving market opportunities, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand plans that improve patient access and outcomes. What You'll Do
- Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plans to realize market opportunities.
- Maintain good engagement with KOLs, and target regional key customers.
- Participate in brand strategy and action plan development and communication with the brand team and cross-functional team.
- Drive execution excellence in innovative disease management campaigns.
- Develop Speaker management system and maintain operation excellence on speaker management.
