Position Overview We are seeking an experienced candidate to drive our data engineering initiatives and lead a team of 5-6 engineers. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 data engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration

Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow (experience with Airflow 3 is preferred)

Understanding of Snowflake architecture

Integrate and maintain real-time streaming applications using Apache Kafka / Spark Streaming

Build and integrate APIs across multiple systems and platforms

Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices

Ensure code quality through reviews and implementation
