About the Role The Sr Business Intelligence and Data Analyst will design, develop, and govern scalable BI solutions and data architectures to enable data-driven decision-making across the EMEA commercial organization. You will transform complex, multi-source data into actionable insights through robust data models, optimized pipelines, and Power BI reporting. This is an on-site role based in Barcelona, Spain or Prague, Czech Republic and reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and Business Analytics (EMEA). What You'll Do
- Design and deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions, including robust data models, interactive dashboards, and scalable semantic layers (star schemas, data marts)
- Build and optimize high-performance data architectures by integrating ERP, CRM, CPQ and developing efficient SQL queries
