About the Role Visa seeks a Sr. Associate Counsel for Egypt to provide legal guidance across the CEMEA region, focusing on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and partnership arrangements from its Cairo office. The role requires strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial contracts and other legally binding documents; develop templates and adapt Visa U.S. and CEMEA Hub documents to local requirements as applicable.
- Provide counsel and advice to Business teams regarding deal structures, contract interpretations and common approaches.
- Advise on arrangements with partners for product/solution development initiatives and other arrangements, including drafting and negotiating relevant agreements.
