About the Role We are seeking a caring Specialist SEND Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs two days per week (Thursday and Friday) on a fixed-term basis until August 2027. The role is part-time and term-time only at Salfords Primary School, working within our inclusive school community. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality 1:1 learning support, helping the pupil feel confident, included and able to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
- Clarify instructions, support learning activities and engage the pupil effectively.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records and communicate with teaching staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the GLF Schools cluster to share best practice and support school improvement. What We're Looking For
- Good general education, including GCSE English and Maths.
