Job title: Specialist - Petroleum Asset Excellence
Who You'll Work With You will be based out of our Lagos office and will be part of the Petroleum Asset eXcellence (PAX) unit within McKinsey's Oil & Gas practice. You will work as a team member for specific client energy operations, and transformation and improvement programs with direct contact to key members of client organizations. You will develop and provide recommendations based on the findings and support and coach clients in driving implementation and change. You will work with energy companies on their full spectrum of activities, from capturing the full potential of their upstream reserves and assets, to supporting in building their new businesses (e.g. Carbon Capture, Usage and Storage/CCUS, hydrogen) in the energy transition.
