About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our BPaaS technology team. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing cloud-native solutions across our BPaaS environment, with emphasis on cloud platforms, DevOps practices, middleware integration, and security to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that align with client and program requirements. What You'll Do
- Architecture & Design: Define and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for the BPaaS environment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement integration patterns using middleware gateways (Edifecs, Informatica, MuleSoft) to support enterprise connectivity.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed architecture and solution designs.
