About the Role We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the Operations Engineering team, supporting internal systems critical to the performance and reliability of our enterprise insurance platform. You will triage and debug customer-impacting issues, perform impact analysis, monitor system health, and remediate policy/order failures while building robust backend tools that help operations teams scale.
What You'll Do
- Triage and debug production incidents, identify root causes, and drive fixes through resolution, including follow-ups and prevention.
- Lead or participate in RCAs and post-incident reviews; write incident timelines and implement corrective/preventative actions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to improve reliability and operational response.
