The UNESCO Regional Office for the Gulf States and Yemen seeks an Education Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the System Capacity Grant in Yemen and to support the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of related education activities in Yemen. The role sits under the overall authority of the Director of the UNESCO Regional Office for the Gulf States and Yemen and under the direct supervision of the Education Programme Specialist. It involves strengthening education system governance, sector coordination, monitoring and reporting systems, Education Management Information Systems (EMIS), and learning assessment systems, with a focus on Education in Emergencies (EiE) and knowledge exchange across Yemen and the Gulf States.
