About this role
About the Role One of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry has a need to develop and support an enterprise information system in the Oil & Gas domain. The product being developed is a cloud solution for interpretation of geological and geophysical data. The project uses SCRUM and aims to stay stable and long-term while adopting new technologies such as Java, Eclipse RCP, cloud and GPU computing, microservices, and other innovative frameworks. The work involves close cooperation with the Customer team located in Houston and follows Agile principles. The team is senior, supportive and friendly. What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with geophysicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate scientific domain requirements into robust on-prem or Cloud software solutions.
