About the Role Join HiringCafe as a founding Software Engineer focused on building a 100× better job search engine. You will help design and ship AI-powered search features, real-time job data ingestion, and scalable infrastructure that directly impacts how millions find opportunities. What You'll Do
- Contribute to AI search and retrieval infrastructure, including ranking, indexing, and relevance signals.
- Develop AI recommender systems to surface opportunities users might miss.
- Build LLM agents and browser agents to crawl and process job data in real time.
- Design scalable architecture and iterate quickly with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design).
- Maintain high-quality code with test coverage and performance monitoring. What We're Looking For
