About the Role Amex GBT is transforming travel technology to give travelers access to flights, trains, hotels, and more from multiple suppliers within company policy. This role sits in a SCRUM team responsible for designing, developing and testing new automations and features, maintaining and optimizing existing automations, and driving continuous improvement across systems. What You'll Do
- Work in a SCRUM team
- Design, develop and test new automations and features
- Maintain existing automations
- Optimize automations for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other partners to develop and maintain automations
- Participate in evolution and maintenance of existing systems
- Propose new functional and/or technical product improvements
