ROLE SUMMARY
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Call It Spring’s social media and PR activities, ensuring the brand shows up consistently, culturally relevant, and on-time across all social platforms. This role plays a critical hands-on part in content execution, community engagement, social listening, and performance tracking.
Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, the Social Media Specialist is deeply immersed in social, fashion, and Gen-Z culture, using that awareness to ensure daily execution is highly relevant and brand-right. The role requires an independent, creative self-starter who is disciplined about deadlines and deliverables, while remaining constantly tuned into cultural and social shifts that impact how the brand should show up.
