About the Role The Senior Technical Product Manager will own the strategy and adoption of conversational intelligence and call coaching platforms across TELUS SMB, enabling sales teams to coach smarter, forecast more accurately, and close bigger deals. You will drive seller performance and revenue impact by shaping how TELUS leverages AI-powered sales tools.
What You'll Do
- Lead the roadmap and governance for telephony platforms (NICE CX One, Ring Central, Genesys Cloud, Business Connect) ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with Salesforce and other GTM systems.
- Define the strategy and vision for call coaching and conversational intelligence, including use cases, success metrics, and ROI.
