The Senior Systems Analyst – Point of Sale & Omnichannel is responsible for analysing, designing, documenting, supporting, and continuously improving Cape Union Mart’s Point of Sale platforms, omnichannel sales journeys, store transaction processes, and related retail systems.
The role provides senior systems analysis capability across business-critical retail systems supporting in-store sales, online-to-store journeys, click-and-collect, pick-from-store, returns and exchanges across channels, tendering, promotions, customer lookup, loyalty, gift cards, end-of-day processing, store trading operations, and transaction integrity.
