About the Role Senior Staff Software Engineer in Temporal's Infrastructure organization focused on driving technical vision, setting architecture standards, and executing complex, high-leverage projects across cloud compute, traffic, security, and reliability. This role will broadly own the technical design and implementation of systems powering Temporal Cloud and requires the ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders, engage with strategic customers, and mentor engineers across multiple teams. What You'll Do
- Define and execute the long-term architectural strategy for our multi-cloud compute and traffic platforms.
- Lead hands-on implementation for critical infrastructure projects, focusing on reliability, system automation, and performance at scale.
