The Senior Solutions Architect leads it. You hear a customer describe their problem and see the organizational design question underneath it. You bring a point of view early, design solutions that hold through delivery, and stay accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations. Depending on the engagement, you may own solution design, contribute to the build, lead delivery coordination, or all three.
