This role will lead meaningful problems from discovery through production—making payouts more instant, improving recipient experience, expanding payment reach, and strengthening reliability and compliance at scale. Success directly influences cross-border volume, payout speed, transfer quality, cost, and risk as Wise works toward money movement that is instant, convenient, transparent, and eventually free.
