About this role
A Hearing Ambassador supports licensed dispensers in meeting goals and fulfilling daily duties. This on-site role at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Orlando, FL engages customers, supports hearing health needs, educates individuals about hearing wellness, schedules appointments, and drives growth through community outreach and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
- Set the stage for full hearing tests and purchases when interacting with Members.
- Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
- Secure a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist working in the center.
- Promote and sell non-hearing‑aid products when Members do not have a hearing loss.
