Senior Software Engineer - Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM)

About the Role A hands-on technical leadership role at the intersection of identity security and distributed systems. You will write code, design systems, set technical standards, and mentor engineers, while partnering closely with Product Management to define what we build next. You will own the full stack: backend services that continuously evaluate millions of identity configurations, a frontend used daily by enterprise security teams, and the data infrastructure that powers posture scoring and proactive risk remediation. What You'll Do
- Direct the ISPM technical roadmap by translating product requirements into robust system designs, mapping out implementation phases, and making build-vs-extend decisions.
- Architect, design, and scale core identity security posture systems; cultivate cross-functional technical alliances with platform teams.
