About the Role Senior Software Engineer in the Healthcare Workforce Solutions (HWS) group, contributing to the Laudio product. You will design, build, and scale cloud-based solutions in a fast-growing environment, collaborating across time zones with Nepal. What You'll Do
- Architect scalable solutions for highly available, performant systems.
- Hands-on coding across the full stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js) to drive product roadmap.
- Provide technical mentorship through code reviews and design discussions.
- Innovate and improve technology and operational processes.
- Contribute across multiple areas including feature development, code optimization, infrastructure improvements, and troubleshooting production issues. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
