I am currently hiring experienced Senior Software Engineers to who will participate in client interviews and technical discussions to showcase professional experience and technical expertise on behalf of our US based developers.
This is a Fully Remote position.
In this role, you will conduct interviews to secure jobs on behalf of them. You will conduct video interviews, including introductory, technical, and cultural interviews using U.S. engineers' names.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews using our U.S.-based developers’ profiles (these interviews are to be hired, not to hire others).
- Once you secure a job, you will not run the role end-to-end.
Section: Qualifications
- English proficiency at the C2 level
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
