Senior Social Media Project Manager & Producer (Stanley Black & Decker)

This role is a senior project management and production position within Stanley Black & Decker's in-house creative agency, focused entirely on social media content. The person manages projects from initial request through final delivery while coordinating social content production across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of social media creative projects.

• Build project timelines, workback schedules, milestones, and status reports.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including social strategists, content creators, editors, product teams, and brand teams.

• Support social content production, including:

• product intake

• shoot planning

• shoot-day coordination

• production logistics

• Manage project risks, budgets, approvals, deadlines, and change requests.
